Carlos Reinoso afirma que el Clásico Mexicano debe ganarse sí o sí
Carlos Reinoso, uno de los símbolos más grandes del americanismo, espera que los jugadores azulcremas salgan a defender el honor de las Águilas en el Clásico ante Chivas.
“Les pediría que jugaran con cara de perro, porque los perros nunca tiene la cara amable, así deben salir en los Clásicos y en todos los partidos”.
“El Clásico se gana sí o sí porque son diferentes, no importa cómo llegues ni lo que haya pasado hace una semana, se juegan y se ganan con cara de perro”, afirmó.
Reinoso es el referente obligado del americanismo, ya que como jugador y entrenador le dio las más grandes glorias al club, al haber obtenido dos Ligas y la Copa Interamericana en la cancha y un título local desde el banquillo.
El domingo será uno de los invitados de honor, pues en la votación que realiza el América a través de su página de internet, para definir al 11 ideal de todos los tiempos, el chileno es uno de los elegidos.
La única ocasión en que se ha disputado el Clásico en una final fue en la justa 83-84, y Reinoso dirigió un encuentro que resultó épico, pues sacaron el título con 10 hombres en la cancha y Héctor Miguel Zelada atajó un penal.
“Perdí muy pocos Clásicos como jugador, cuando los jugué era una amor y una pasión diferente, mi sudor era diferente, y tuve la fortuna de ganar muchos”.
“Aunque salí campeón dos veces con el América como jugador, el título que más recuerdo es el que dirigí ganándole a Chivas, fue el que más celebré en mi vida, como los nacimientos de mis hijos, fue el Clásico que le gané al Guadalajara”, detalló.
El chileno recordó que en aquel partido sufrió como pocas veces, cuando Cristóbal Ortega le cometió un penal al “Snoopy” Pérez, pero luego recobró el aliento al ver que Héctor Miguel Zelada detenía el disparo de Ernesto Cisneros.
“Nos quedamos con tres centrales, saqué a Gustavo Echaniz y cambié a Javier [Aguirre] de posición, entró Eduardo Bacas en la media y quedamos igual, ahí fue cuando empezamos a hacer la famosa la formación con tres zagueros, dos laterales volantes y un contención, y después hay muchos que inventan que ellos la hicieron”, explicó.
El grito más estruendoso de aquella tarde lo dio el “Maestro”, pues celebró a todo pulmón el segundo gol del América.
“La cara que más recuerdo es cuando anota Alfredo Tena, él metió el gol, pero yo lo grité más que él, era el título con 10 hombres, es imborrable e increíble y gracias a Dios estuve ahí”.
“No me acuerdo del festejo, pero me debo haber puesto un cuete marca mayor”, comentó.
El ex timonel de las Águilas desea acudir al vestidor del equipo par hablarles a los jugadores de su amor por el club, pues a pesar de que ha ido a dirigido a otros equipos y ha defendido otras playeras, nunca ha dejado de proclamarse como un orgulloso americanista.
“Por eso, el día que me vaya de este mundo, mis cenizas deben ser esparcidas en Coapa o en el Estadio Azteca”, señaló.
Por todo lo que obtuvo como azulcrema, Reinoso aseguró que nadie podrá sacarlo de la historia de las Águilas.
“Para nombrarse americanista se debe amar la playera, su historia, ser agradecido con el América, con don Emilio [Azcárraga Milmo], Guillermo [Cañedo], con [José Antonio] Roca, Pancho [Hernández], ser agradecido con la afición, que es lo más importante”, agregó.
Si por el chileno fuera, cada domingo que juegan las Águilas acudiría al Estadio Azteca para perderse entre los aficionados, con una bandera en la mano.
“No me gusta ir porque cada vez que voy la gente me reconoce y empieza a corear mi nombre y puede ser molesto para los que están al frente del equipo”, explicó.
